Hike - Ghost Mountain with ABDNHA

Leaders: Tom Keffer & Lee Christie Ghost Mountain in the Blair Valley

Hike up Ghost Mountain, past the abandoned home of Marshal South, a steep, strenuous climb of 2.5 miles up a rocky slope with 600 feet of vertical. Additional easy side trip (1mile) to Morteros Trail to visit pictographs, rock shelters, and Indian mortars. 4WD is not necessary, unless it has been raining recently, but high clearance is advised. Optional 1.8mile roundtrip hike on Pictograph Trail for those with a high-clearance vehicle. Meet at ABDNHA. Limited to 15 participants.
