Narrows Earth Trail Loop

Looking for a short trail, close to the road, with interpretive information?  Look no further than the Narrows Earth Trail.  This conveniently located 0.4 mile loop is teaming with biological diversity.  This area is also of significant geologic interest as it sits directly between four major faults; Clark Fault, Coyote Creek Fault, Earthquake Valley Fault, and Elsinore Fault.  Within short time you will begin to recognize the secrets hidden in the rocks and be on your way to amateur geologist status!  Plan your trip in advance by downloading this convenient Nature Trail Guide provided by Anza-Borrego Desert State Park.  Additional Trail Information can be found here.  Quarts Vein Wash and Nude Wash are also near by and offer nice shorter hikes with parking directly off of HWY 78.
